Our properties are carefully selected, equipped, and maintained to provide secure, high-quality living environments. As a national provider, we utilise our extensive network to find suitable properties across various locations promptly.
Our Independent Living Journey program takes a structured, strengths-based approach to foster independence. Participants co-create personalised workbooks to track progress in building life skills, with the opportunity to earn AQA accreditation, gaining both valuable qualifications and a sense of achievement.
Each support plan is tailored to individual needs and goals, adapting as circumstances change. We work in close partnership with social workers, care teams, CAMHS, and other professionals to drive positive outcomes, creating action plans that address specific challenges and include referrals to specialised services when necessary.

DEVEB Healthcare: Commitment to Safety and Quality in Housing
At DEVEB Healthcare, all our properties meet rigorous housing and safety standards. Our commitment to safe and suitable accommodation includes:
- Partnering with reputable leasing agents known for secure rentals.
- Equipping each property with essential safety gear: smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, fire blankets, and fire extinguishers.
- Conducting regular gas and electrical inspections, certified by regulated industry professionals.
- Performing frequent PAT testing to ensure electrical equipment is in top condition.
- Complying with strict housing regulations, free from category 1 hazards.
- Securing necessary planning permissions for all properties.
We prioritise safety and suitability by carefully selecting each property. A Locality Risk Assessment, updated every two years, evaluates crime rates, exploitation risks, and environmental hazards. Additionally, individual risk assessments are conducted for each resident.
To maintain safety, we conduct regular inspections, which include:
- Weekly fire safety checks, monthly evacuation drills, and emergency light testing.
- Routine water temperature monitoring.
- Comprehensive health and safety risk assessments.
Detailed property records ensure that we consistently uphold our high standards of safety and care.
