Activities
At Deveb Healthcare, education, employment, and training are central to our support program. Our teams possess in-depth knowledge of local resources, including those tailored for individuals with complex needs. We work closely with schools, colleges, universities, and employers to open doors to opportunity.
We inspire each person to reach their full potential by exploring diverse pathways, from attending open days to developing job-seeking skills. Our support includes practical guidance in CV writing, interview preparation, travel training, and independent living skills—ensuring each individual is prepared for a successful transition to independence.
Deveb Healthcare offers a structured, strengths-based Independent Living Journey program, empowering clients to develop essential life skills for independence. Each participant co-creates a personalised workbook to track their progress, with the opportunity to work towards AQA accreditation, fostering both qualifications and a sense of accomplishment.
Our tailored support plans focus on individual goals, adapting as needs change. In collaboration with social workers, care teams, CAMHS, and other professionals, we work to create positive outcomes. Action plans address specific challenges, with referrals to specialised services as needed.
